He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John W. Allen, Robert and Barbara Sullivan; his niece Avery Ann Spenser; and his nephew T'Jay Allen.
He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Douglas Sullivan and Donna Sullivan; his son Damien (Brandi Lopez); his siblings, Christopher Sullivan (Jennifer), Theresa Sullivan, Rachel Sullivan, Whitney Sullivan and Courtney Suko (Trevor); his grandparents, Minerva Allen, Lawrence Crantz and James Charles Sullivan; his nieces and nephews, Marcus, Wyatt, Marshall, Aubree, Addison, Olivia, Garrett, Quinn, Liam and Owen; his uncles, Bradley and Scott Sullivan; and his cousin JT Allen. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
