She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Houseman and Julia Houseman; her husband Gerald Polesky; her sister Katherine; her niece Karen; her children, Steve Polesky (Leann), Connie Adamson (Rod), Vicky Mayer (Ken) and Keith Polesky (Pam); her grandchildren, Michael, Katelynn, Kolton, Sarah, Autumn and Dalton; her great grandchildren, Ava and Emi; and her sisters, Judy Kern (Rod) and AnnaMarie Rostrom (Jim).
