He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Edward and Mary Davis (Friesz); and his son-in-law Eric Davis. He is survived by: his wife Marietta Kovash of Patrick's Catholic Church; his children, Brad Davis (Jane) of Dickinson, Gwen Davis of Mandan, Kurt Davis (Wendy) of Columbia Falls, MT and Jeremy Davis (Carrie) of Mandan; his grandchildren, Joshua Rice, Kristen Preszler (Kent), Benjamin Davis (Linsey), Adam Davis (Tami), Zachary Davis, Taylor Davis, Arin Davis, Noah Davis, Elijah Davis and Zoe Davis; and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Sadie, Jude, Claire, Drew and Elle.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stevenson Funeral Home - Dickinson (2067 1st St W, Dickinson, ND 58601). A rosary was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church (725 12th St W, Dickinson, ND 58601).
