He was predeceased by: his father Terry O'Connell (Brett); and his grandmother Alberta Schleif. He is survived by: his former wife Norine Lucietto; his mother Barbara O'Connell; and his sisters, Bridget Echols (Steve Echols) and Brooke Galassi (Paul Galassi). He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
