He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raphael Trottier Sr. and Mary Rose Harding (Laducer); his uncle John Trottier; his wife Adeline WhiteThunder McDonald; his daughter Deanna; his friend Kenny "Spune" Dunn; his grandparents, Adeline and Joseph V. Trottier; his granddaughter Kami Gage; his brothers, Patrick Dean Trottier, David Lee Harding and Donald Harding; his children, Wayne Trottier Jr. (Paola), David Trottier, Denice Gage (Barry) and Darren Trottier (Wanda); his siblings, Patricia Wilkie (Dick), Raphael Trottier Jr. (Gail), Dwight "Ike" Trottier (Brenda), Ronald Trottier (Rosanne), Carla Peltier (Curt), Richard Harding (Caralee) and Nancy Harding (Nick Whitney); his siblings-in-law, Tony McDonald (Vina) and Dinah Aceveda; and his siblings, Francis Laforte, Mary Jane Laforte and Jeanne Laforte. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
