It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wayne Simon (Devils Lake, North Dakota), who passed away on October 12, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Simon (Clock) and Norman Simon; his grandson Blake Anderson; and his siblings, Geraldine Stahl, Norma Jacquelyn Simon and James.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Simon (Lindseth); his daughters, Jackie Anderson (Pete) of Flower Mound, TX, Rachelle Romfo (Troy), Marcy Ross (John) of Flower Mound and Natalie Westlind (Travis); his grandchildren, Grant, Meredith Romfo, Beck Anderson, Garrett, Ian Westlind, Albert, Lillian and Johnny Wayne Ross; his siblings, Dorothy Miller-Fenske of Carrington, ND, Kay Simon and Deborah Lunde (Douglas); his parents-in-law, Russ Stahl of Mason City, IA, Jim, Sharon Homewood, Tom, Sylvia Anderson, Menifee, Ed and Dianna Lindseth; and his aunt Jean. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Masks and social distancing are required at St. Olaf Lutheran Church.
