We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2019, at the age of 60, Warren Walters (Devils Lake, North Dakota), born in Rugby, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Walters and Marion H. Walters (Piatz); and his brothers, William Walters, Donald Walters and Jonathan Walters.

He is survived by: his siblings, Ronald Walters (Linda) of Oberon, ND, Gwen Miller of Baker, MT, Sleepy Eye, Dorothy Moen (Richard) and Devils Lake; and his aunt Elizabeth Lund of Tioga, ND. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
