She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Staren and Doris Staren (Peterson); her husband David Oehlke; her children, Carren Leevers (Chris) of Castle Rock, CO and Jeb Oehlke of Devils Lake; her grandchildren, Lexi Leevers Thomas (Martin), Lachlan Leevers, Spencer Leevers and Tatum Leevers; her great grandchildren, Naomi, Monroe Thomas and Lachlan Leevers Jr. Vicki; her sister Laurie Lange (Greg) of Bismarck; her sister-in-law Mary Oehlke; her parents-in-law, Herman and Emma Oehlke (Rusten); and her brother-in-law Bill Oehlke. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews.
Memorials may be given in Vicki's memory to Lake Region Community College Foundation, Lake Region Heritage Center, St. Olaf Lutheran Church, or to a non-profit of your choice.
