She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Boldenow and Alta Boldenow (Marlenee); her husband Gayle Hovdeness; her friend Joyce Janssen; her daughters, Kristi Strinden of Devils Lake and Tammi Beck (Jeremy) of Devils Lake; her grandchildren, Kyle Strinden (Stephany), Kevin Strinden, Kali Moen (Brady), Kamden, Karsen, Kayleigh and Kaicen Beck; her great grandchildren, Jayleigh, Addisyn, Jaxsyn Strinden, Briella and Beckett Moen; her siblings, Vernon Lund (Judy), Big, Sharon Vetter of Grand Forks, ND, Marge Boldenow of Fargo, ND, Glenn Boldenow (Jane) of Denver, CO and Jeff Hett of Fargo, ND; her sisters-in-law, Bonnie Boldenow of Rosemont, MN and Helen Bremer (Lloyd); her parents-in-law, Julius and Jonette Hovdeness; her brother Ralph Boldenow; and her siblings-in-law, Herman Vetter, Ronald "Bummy" Djoseland, Paul Funiaole, Jeniva Djoseland and Jo Ann Funiaole. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
