Robert LaMotte Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Robert LaMotte of Devils Lake, North Dakota, born in McVille, North Dakota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lector LaMotte and Caroline LaMotte (Halverson); and his brothers, Joseph and Eugene LaMotte. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Becker (Paul) of Crary, ND, Jim LaMotte (Marilyn) of Devils Lake and Michelle Campbell (Bill) of Grand Forks, ND; his brother Tom LaMotte (Mary) of Devils Lake; his grandchildren, Jeremy Becker (Samantha), Jordan Becker (Kelsey), Lindsey Kertzman (Samuel), Brady LaMotte (Katelyn), Mariah LaMotte and Miranda Bry; and his great grandchildren, Brynn and Briggs Becker. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.

Additionally, he made significant contributions to Devils Lake Park Commission and played an integral role in the construction of Burdick Arena.
