He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kuntz and Johanna Kuntz (Bohl); his siblings, Joe, David, Peter Kuntz, Frances (Gorden Moe), Amelia (John Schmitt) and Rebecca (Covertt Long); his in-laws, Vernon and Mae Keogh; and his brothers-in-law, Wendell Wentz and Milford Hermanson.
He is survived by: his wife Verna Mae Keogh; his children, Karla Klein (Terrill) of Detroit Lakes, MN, Mike Kuntz (Tina) and Kyle Kuntz (Tia) of Davenport, ND; his grandchildren, Kaley Stremick (Alex) of Fargo, ND, Laney Witty (Jade) of Fargo, ND, Mallory Sauer (Austin) of Alsen, ND, Jack Kuntz of Davenport, ND, Nicholas Kuntz of Davenport, ND and Allison Kuntz of Davenport, ND; his great grandchildren, Zander, Lydia Stremick and Morgan Witty; and his sisters, Betty Wentz of Bismarck, ND, Maggie Hermanson, Joann Gleason (Odin) of Tolna, ND, Bernadette Wentz and Barbara Zahradka (Larry) of Devils Lake. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
