He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Arlene Wilke, Andy and Carol Leitch; his stepsister Jill Butterworth Peck; and his mother-in-law Joyce Erickson.
He is survived by: his wife Rachael Eback; his daughter Megan Leitch; his parents, Jennifer (Carl Guderjahn) of Alexandria, MN and Guy Leitch (Judy) of Wellington, KS; his brothers, Joshua Leitch (Renee Hicks) of Choctaw, OK and Zachary Leitch (Katherina Glink); his stepsiblings, Cory Guderjahn (Lisa) and Cindy LeBlanc (Michael); his nieces and nephews, Mackenzie (Peyton Leitch), Wilder Leitch, Andrew Guderjahn and Kylen Smith (Samantha LeBlanc); and his father-in-law Kenny Eback of Belcourt, ND. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
