He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Koehn and Claire Koehn (French); his siblings, Frank Koehn and Lorraine Ward; and his grandson Matthew Mundt.
He is survived by: his brother Bruce Koehn of Seattle, WA; his wife Joyce Koehn of Devils Lake; his children, Nikki Schmaltz (Dan) of Fargo, ND, Kent Koehn (Denise) of Gwinn, MI, Patti Mundt (Daniel) of Cedar, MN, Mark Koehn (Nancy) of Fargo, ND and Julli Nissen (Kevin) of Minot, ND.; and his grandchildren, Tami Ketelsen (Brett), Kari Minnich (Joe), Blake Koehn (Emily), Christopher Mundt, Chelsey Jensen (Brent), Travis Koehn (Jennifer), Nikole Koehn, Haley Muhonen (Chase), Angela Phillips (Mathew) and Jacob Nissen (Tracy).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Salvation Army or the Hope Center.
