He was predeceased by: his parents, Tressie Peyerl (Hartl) and Xavier Peyerl; his brother Alvin; and his parents-in-law, Walter and Ann Streifel.
He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Marianne Sears, Harlow, Joe Peyerl (Jeanine), Matthew Peyerl (Patsy), Sarah Burchill (Dustin), Renae Arnston (Andrew) and John Peyerl (Naomi); his parents-in-law, Don Streifel (Loretta), Randy Streifel (Jane), Ernie Streifel (Lonna), Tom Streifel (Vicki) and Rosalie Axtman (Randy); and his godchildren, Kristin Gray (Streifel), Patti Jo Meier (Peyerl), Judy Hanson (Streifel) and Michael Noltimier. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
