He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his son Patrick (Jessica); his granddaughter Audrey; his nieces, Leesa Al-Hadef (Gary), Lauryn Bradford (Ted) and Caline Martinez; his nephew Chris Ratliff (Susan); his half-brother Rob Gaylord (Kelsey); his aunt Virginia Hall (Ronald); and his cousins, Gayla Barker (LeRoy), Kay Hall and David Hall (Dot). He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters-in-law; and nieces and nephews.
