He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake T. Fuhrer and Dorothy Fuhrer (Wenda); his brother Don Fuehrer; and his nephew Lester Jake. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Jesse Fuhrer (Stacey) and Becky Sorenson (Jeremy) of Buchanan, ND; his grandchildren, Megan, Jason, Kora Fuhrer, Jaden and Brynn Sorenson; and his sister Doris Van Beek (Arlyn) of Linton, ND. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
