It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harvey Nordin of Devils Lake, North Dakota, who passed away on September 2, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Nordin and Erma Jean Hansen; his siblings, Ramona Cain and Lance Hansen; and his parent-in-law Anastaia Limesand.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie (Limesand); his children, Mark Nordin (Nita) of Milton, Tony Nordin (Mandie) of Devils Lake, Dawn Daniels (Pat) of Devils Lake and Dori Larson (Jeff) of Chandler, AZ; his grandchildren, Caleb (Chasity Nordin-Jessica Lordson), Stetsen Nordin (Jayla), Jaden Thorp-Patirck (Matthew Jennings-Colton) and Dakota Larson; his siblings, Janean Butler (Scott) and Scott Hansen (Patricia); his parents-in-law, Marlene Meikle (Dan), Jean McKenzie (Joe), Fred Limesand (Sharon) and Neil Limesand (Susan); and his aunt Phyllis Hansen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Gilbertson Funeral Home on Monday, September 7, 2020 from 5 to 7 p. m. Due to COVID, a private family service and burial will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2020.
