He is survived by: his mother Colleen Sherland (Bragg) of Devils Lake; his former spouse Shelley Hassett; his children, Jeremiah Sherland (Chessa) of Lakota, ND and Tiffany Sherland of Lakota; his granddaughters, Sophia Sherland of Lakota, Chloe Kenner of Devils Lake and Cara Sateren of Lakota; and his siblings, Leona Schuster (Paul) of New Rockford, ND, Kelly Saari of Devils Lake, Kevin Saari of Devils Lake, Lori Voeller (Tim) of Minot, ND and Rory Saari (Karen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and several aunts and cousins.
