He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kotaska and Mildred Kotaska (Sticha); his daughter Angela; and his granddaughter Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Hanson); his daughter Cindy Mayers (Randy); his grandchildren, Melissa, Rebecca, Robert and Nicole; his son Tim Kotaska of Hannaford, ND; his granddaughter Elizabeth; his son Bill Kotaska (Suzy); his grandchildren, Ryan, Kevin and Jeff; his daughter Kathy Watson (Eric) of Minneapolis, MN; and his grandchildren, Tera, Megan, Alex, Brittany and Mark. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
