He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine (Ebertz) and Everett Rasmussen Sr.; his son Steve; and his brothers-in-law, Kelly Rogers and Curt Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta "Bobbi" Felch; his daughter Michelle (Nicholas Breazile); his grandchildren, Keagen and Huxley of Lakota, ND; his siblings, Marie Koapke (Luther), Margo Aas (Doyle), Valerie Rogers, Mark Rasmussen of Grafton, Kyle Osowski (Brad) of St. Thomas and Carl Rasmussen; and his parents-in-law, Herb, Nettie Felch, Deb Williams of Fargo, ND, Linda Berstler (Russ), Frazee and Gordie Felch (Doreen). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
