We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2025, at the age of 83, Eugene P. Lang of Devils Lake, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lang and Marie Lang (Herlitz); his significant other Alpha J. Berg; his siblings, Richard, Sylvester, Andrew, Robert Lang, Ervin Lang, Elvira Blawat, Ione Pederson, Sharon Halle and Mari; and his parents-in-law, Alfred and Esther Berg.
He is survived by: his sons, Todd Lang (Shannon) of Harwood, ND, Troy Lang (Geralyn) of Fargo, ND and Trinity Lang of Grand Forks, ND; his grandchildren, Christopher Lang (Amanda), Cassandra Lang, Chelsey Lang, Braden Lang, Landon Lang, Jacob Lang (Bri), Jenna Lang, Luke Lang, Johnny Lang and Seth Lang; his great grandchildren, Jayce, Ava, Eian, Mila and Emryx; his siblings, Elroy Lang (Donna) of Winona, MN, Virginia Stein (Joe) of Devils Lake and Ron Lang of Devils Lake; and his in-laws, Yvonne Shear of Fort Collins, CO, Eline Kirchoffner (Jim) of Ora Valley, AZ, Marcia Kraft (Jim), Terry (Vicki), Evan Berg of Devils Lake, ND, Kevin Berg (Missy) of Winslow, AZ and Veanna Berg of Marshall, MN.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gilbertson Funeral Home (123 4th St SE, Devils Lake, ND 58301). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (517 4th St NE, Devils Lake, ND 58301).
