He is survived by: his son Keith (Melissa); his grandson Derek Harlow of Devils Lake; his siblings, Rosemary Harlow of Bismarck, ND, Gordon Harlow (Betty), Peter Harlow (Cindy) and Frank Harlow; and his sister-in-law Karlene Harlow of Washington State. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
