She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera (Davidson) and Dennis; her husband Glenn Hodous; her siblings, Richard Weed, Raymond Weed, Donald "Sonny" Weed and Helen; and her brother-in-law Walter Hanson.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Hodous (Debbie) of Devils Lake, ND, Peggy Olderbak (Mike) of Rockford, IL, Cindy Boeddeker (Tony) of Hunter, ND and Linda Walter (Marvin Jr.) of Warwick, ND.; her granddaughter Christine Stiven (Alistair); her children, Jason Hodous (Stephanie), Thomas Hodous (Melissa), Benjamin Walter (Laura), Lucas Walter (Anna), Laura Hobart (Andy) and Carrie Fulton; and her sisters-in-law, Lois Weed, Carol Weed and Ila Weed. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to the First United Methodist Church or the Hope Center in memory of Dorothy.
