He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Froelich and Agnes Froelich (Wetsch); his brother Kenneth Froelich; and his son-in-law Allan Opoien. He is survived by: his wife Betty Mae Martin; his children, Donna Opoien (Dale Kuball) and Thomas Froelich of Minot, ND; his grandchildren, Korry Tweed (Cory Donohue) and Brandon Tweed (Michelle); and his great grandchildren, Hunter Tweed and Kyla Tweed of Dalton, MN..
