He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Svedberg and Effie Svedberg (Ellingson); his father-in-law Ted Thoreson; his son-in-law Kevin Mastrud; his sister-in-law Kathy Thoreson; and his siblings, Arden, Marvin, Alfred Jr., Elvice, Doris, Ila, Elvie and Evone.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Thoreson; his children, Amy Mastrud of Grand Forks, ND, Erika Patzer (Jason) of Thonotosassa, FL and Christian Svedberg (Sandra); his grandchildren, Brianna Thoreson, Austin Mastrud, Sierra Mastrud, Brady Patzer, Elizabeth Svedberg and Madison Svedberg; his great grandchildren, Penelope, Teegan, Tenley and Taetum; his sister Bonnie Heaton (Terry); his mother-in-law Muriel Thoreson; his siblings-in-law, Diane Alexander (Robert) and Brad Thoreson; and his children, Lorilee, Nathan and Michal. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; many nieces, nephew, and cousins.
