He is survived by: his children, Renea Herman of Bismarck, ND, Ricky Herman of Fargo, ND and Susie Herman of Fargo; and his sisters, Ernestine Dauphinais, Mary Jane Carlson (Wayne), Yvonne Shipley, Shirley "Chicken" Herman, Toni "CheeChee" Herman (Tim Olson) of Devils Lake and Brenda Pendergast (Bud) of Tennesee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
