He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Kingsley and Annie Kingsley (Aaenson); his daughter Bobbi Conko; his siblings, Sandie Thomas, Marilyn Nelson and Myron Kingsley; his siblings-in-law, Colleen Kingsley and Harold Chadwick; and his nephew David Kingsley.
He is survived by: his former wife Mona Kvame; his brother Well Water Clinic; his children, Kyle Kingsley, Mikki Matsui (Eric), Shawnee Christenson (Mark) and Lonny Bristow (Jacob); his grandchildren, Kendra Kingsley Conko, Kara Conko, Miles, Evan Christenson, Hunter, Remington Bristow, Marc and Elise Bristow; and his brothers, William Kingsley (Mary), Kevin Kingsley (Rhonda), Harlon Kingsley (Carolyn), Bryan Kingsley, Richard Kingsley (Kerry) and Keith Kingsley (Kim). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
