With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clementine Antoinette O'Toole of Crystal, North Dakota, who passed away on August 21, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Dub and Elizabeth Dub (Cicha); her husband Patrick O'Toole; her siblings, Emil, Charlie, Ray, Felix, Rosy, Florence and Irene; and also Clem.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Salwei (Loren), Maureen Scanlon (Michael), Ron O'Toole (Jenny) and Jane Adams (John); her grandchildren, Kourtney, Tyler, Rachel, Ryan, David, Matthew, Nicholas, Christopher and Elizabeth; and her sister Verna. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
