The memory of Vernon E. Knudson of Cooperstown, North Dakota, who passed away on January 17, 2025 at the age of 91, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Knute Knudson and Evaline Knudson; his siblings, Kenneth Knudson and Joyce Voorhees; and his son Kenneth Knudson.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Hendrickson; his children, Kristen Stoick (Gene) and John Knudson (Taylor); his grandchildren, Jessica Zarchovacki, Mathew Habeck, Jared Habeck (Angie) and Klint Knudson; and his sister Wini Christensen. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Quam-Plaisted-Cushman Funeral Home (802 Roberts Ave NW, Cooperstown, ND 58425). A prayer will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (1104 Roberts Ave NW, Cooperstown, ND 58425).
Memorials may be made to the Griggs County Fair Board, Dakota Regional Medical Center, or the charity of your choice.
