With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peter Overby of Cooperstown, North Dakota, who passed away on August 2, 2020 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alph Overby and Meriel Overby; his siblings, Signe Nelson (David), Eric Overby (Peggy) and Sonja Johnson (Lynn); his cousin David Simonson (Margaret); his former wife Angie Overby; and his nieces and nephews, Andrew Nelson (Amy), Matthew Nelson (Samantha), Brita Johnson and Karis Maxwell (Luke).
Memorial donations may be made to Finley Cemetery, Griggs County Library, or the fire department or ambulance squad in Griggs or Steele County.
