She was predeceased by: her daughter Andrea (Bob); her parents, Olaf Stromme and Borghild Erickson Stromme; her brother-in-law Wally McKay; her siblings, Richard Stromme and Kathleen Rognlie; and her nephews, Kent McKay, Dr. Jon Kaspari and Michael Kaspari.
She is survived by: her husband Robert A. Selkirk; her siblings, Virginia McKay and Lester Stromme; her brother-in-law Ralph Rognlie; her nieces, Alison Rognlie Hoppes and Michelle Rognlie; her nephew Kevin McKay; her great-nieces, Megan and Marisa; and also Lori. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and a few great, great nieces and nephews.
The COVID pandemic brought debilitating isolation to Marilyn in her retirement community and she moved in with Sarah and Ray Baker (niece and nephew) for 2 years.
Any memorial gifts may be directed to a charity of choice and some of Marilyn's designated favorites were Red Cross, St Jude's Children's Hospital, Salvation Army and the Wounded Warrior Project.
