He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schreiner and Otillia Schreiner (Hoffart); his siblings, Theresa, Annie, Katie, John Sr., Benedict, Eugene, Alphons, Leo and Elmer; and his fiancée Janet Taylor.
He is survived by: his brothers, Tony (Pam), Charles (Pam) and James; and his sisters-in-law, Nettie and Phyllis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
