He is survived by: his siblings, Jackie Ross (Dave) of Fort Collins, CO, Ken Olthoff of Wahpeton and Cindy Christopherson of Hoffman, MN; his friend Bob Olthoff of Wahpeton; and his brother Dave Olthoff (Sandy) of Apple Valley, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
