He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Pulver and Mary Pulver (Hartze); his grandfather Hartze; his wife Penny Anderson of Almont; his children, Jason Pulver (Melanee), Hazen, Jessica Biesterfeld (Jeff) and Beulah; his granddaughter Lucy Pulver; his sisters, LaDonna Elhardt (Dale) of Peoria, AZ and Janis; and his parents-in-law, Marion Shannon, Wallace Anderson and Donald Shannon. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Francis Martin Pulver, Jr., 78, Center, ND, died peacefully at St. Vincent's Care Center in Bismarck on January 27, 2021 after a long battle with Alzheimer's.
