He is survived by: his parents, Carl Goetz and LeAnn Goetz (Keller); his wife Amber; his daughter Madalyn; his sisters, Beth Goetz (Brent), Czesia Goetz (Ryan), Katina Larson, LaCosta Tittle (Rod) and Fort; and his nieces and nephews, Ethan, Isabella, Caitlin and Gage. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.
