He is survived by: his children, Mike Gaukler (Missy) of Hankinson, ND and Lisa Ringstad (Jeff) of Minot, ND; his grandchildren, Kelsey Nelson (Zach), Hannah Gaukler (Nate), Morgan Gaukler, Billy Engel (Kaila), Hunter Engel (Jordan), Alex Ringstad and Jonah Ringstad; his great grandchildren, Leo and Reese; and his brother Ed Gaukler (Jackie).
