He was predeceased by: his parents, August Ratchenski and Emma Ratchenski (Bobert); and his siblings, Arthur Ratchenski (Vi) and Florence Gustafson (Ray). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Thompson of Grafton, ND; his children, Wayne Ratchenski (Lorna) of Cavalier, ND, Dale Ratchenski (Sheryl) of Hamilton, ND, Mark Ratchenski (Becky) of Cavalier, ND, Barbara Moon of Lakeville, MN and Jon Ratchenski (Barb) of Hamilton, ND.; his grandchildren, Tara Kendall (Chad), Bryan Ratchenski (JoEllyn), Luke Ratchenski (Raichl), Tess Johnson (Alec), Lily Flage (Alex), Matt Ratchenski (Kait), Andy Moon (Katelyn), Katie Moon, Ellie Moon, Adam Ratchenski and Isaac Ratchenski; his great grandchildren, Rhun, Cyrus, Piper, James, Cade Kendall, Colton, Alyx Ratchenski, Emma, Eli, Evie Ratchenski, Lauren, Olivia, Emerson Flage and Ramsey Ratchenski; and his siblings, Carrie Anderson and Herman Ratchenski.
