He is survived by: his mother Marlene Finnson; his children, Savanna Akes (Zach) and Cole Johnston (Mary); his stepdaughter Desiree Gabriel (Jon); his siblings, Connie Hanenberg, Jennifer Johnston and Justin Johnston (Amy); and his aunt Kathy Foltz (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
