Collins of Brooks, MN and Jennifer Toso (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Karissa Fredericksen (Rocky), Camille Widme, Mark V. Smith, Jr. (Gwynne), Shane McLaughlin (Cassidy), Ethan Toso and Brendan Toso; his brother Stuart Collins (Joan); and his close friends, Pat, Carol Cook and Tim Mertz.
