She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Fornes and Catherine Fornes; her husband Elroy Berg; and her siblings, Lars Fornes, James Fornes, David Fornes and Karen Amador.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin (Dianne), Eric (Greg), Cory (Nancy), Jana Meyer (Don) and Tracy Ault (Tracy); her grandchildren, Cody Berg (Kelsey), Garth Berg (Bailey), Mali Savageau (Taylor), Alexa Neu (Scott), Connor Berg, Katie Berg, Ann Meyer, Wyatt Meyer (Michaela) and Tydarius "Ty"; her great grandchildren, Teagan, Tucker, Jenson, Jaeger, Blaise, Taytum, Asher, Ayla, Gunnar, Ethan and Dawson; and her siblings, Don Fornes (Gloria), Terry Fornes (Sandy), Janet Fraase (Bill) and Linda Reynolds (Bruce). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
