He is survived by: his parents, Karen and Jerry; his children, Melissa (Kevin) and Cory (Melissa); his pets, Vikings of Minnesota and Winnipeg Jets; his wife Tiffany; his children, Tristan (Ali) and Hayden; his brother Jeff (Dori); his nieces and nephews, Dacotah and Joshua; his sister Lisa; and also, Tristan and Hayden. He is also survived by brother and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
