She is survived by: her close friend Stuart Gieger; her children, McCody Myhre, Corey Strauss (Christina Novak), Colby Strauss and Cole Strauss; her siblings, Donner Closser, Rose Wherley, Karen Hieb and Neil Wherley; and her grandchildren, Samara, Asher and Luka. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
