She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Tate and Marie Tate of Casselton, ND.; her husband Jerome Schmidt; and her grandson Levi Dornbusch. She is survived by: her brother James Tate; her children, Kevin (Cyndee), Colin (Carolee) and Kimberlee Bader (Cordell); and her grandchildren, Jason Schmidt (Sheryl), Chrystal Fude (Joe), Tanner Schmidt, Ashlee Schaeffer (John), Tyler Bader, Jayden, Matthew (Schmidt), Logan, Dawson, Sawyer, Morgan, Bridger, Irelan (Fude), Haylee and Luke (Schaeffer).
