With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanne Johnston of Casselton, North Dakota, born in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on February 1, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Rambeck and Raymond Rambeck; and her brothers, Charles and John. She is survived by: her husband Delbert Johnston of Casselton, ND; her brothers, Paul Rambeck (Darlene) of Grand Forks, ND and Thomas Rambeck (Julie); her sister-in-law Joanne Rambeck (John) of Alexandria, MN; her children, Michael (Kathy) of Clyde, NC, Jill Bresson of Fargo, ND, Susan Ebeling of Fargo, ND, Lee Brown (Marge) of Fergus Falls, MN and Lowell Brown (Sherri) of Becker, MN.; her grandchildren, Brook Mikulecky (Mason) of Arthur, ND, Elizabeth Odegaard (Michael) of Fargo, ND, Gage Johnston (Alexandra) of Durham, NC, Dana Johnston (Rebecca) of Oceanside, CA, Layne Johnston of Clyde, NC, Robin Johnston of Charlotte, NC, Ty Johnston of Clyde, NC and Ryan Brown (Annie); and her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Natalie Mikulecky and Clara Odegaard. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.

Memorials are preferred to go to any local animal shelter because there was not an animal she did not love.
