He is survived by: his wife Shelly Moore; his children, Randy Moore, Justin Moore and Olivia Moore; his parents-in-law, Mark Werner Sr. and Erla Werner; his siblings-in-law, Mark Werner (Kim), Travis Werner (Jennifer) and Nancy Werner-Wolff; and his siblings, Phyllis Phipps, Vincent Moore (Cheryl) and Julie Dempsey (James). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
