Mabel Dockter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2022, at the age of 94, Mabel Dockter of Carrington, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton and Inga Hoff (Knutson); her husband Emanuel Dockter of Hurdsfield, ND.; and her siblings, Clifford, Alvin, Melvin, James, Harry, Ernest, Larry Hoff, Aleda Rust, Ella Knodel and Lila Whipple.
She is survived by: her children, Neil Dockter (Diane) of Horace, ND, Ricky Dockter (Emy) of Stanton, ND, Janel Fortney (Paul) of New Rockford, ND, Lori Steele (Delton) of Otter Tail, MN, Julie Dockter of Blacklick, OH, Sharon Leinen (Chris) of Bemidji, MN and Monte Dockter (Mary) of Bismarck, ND.; and her close friend Wes Kahl of Carrington, ND.. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
Mabel and Wes became best friends during the COVID months; together they explored many of the sites of Foster, Wells, Eddy, and Griggs counties.
