He is survived by: his significant other Darrell Hager; his mother Robyn Lewis; his siblings, Randy Lewis (Brandi), Samantha Culver (Rick) and Colleen Ashby (Dustin); his nieces and nephews, Ava Lewis, Tucker Lewis and Jerrold Culver; his grandmother Saundrea Nihiser; and his aunts and uncles, Joe Lewis (Linda), Mark Lewis (Teresa), Steve Lewis, Susan Perkins (Gary) and Andrea Liming.
