The memory of Joyce Leatrice Bryans of Carpio, North Dakota, who passed away on April 2, 2025 at the age of 94, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Tollefsrud and Beulah Tollefsrud (Thorpe); her husband Dwayne Bryans; her daughter Sherrye Gustafson; her son-in-law Glenn Gustafson; her sisters, Ruth Bryans, Charlene Johnson and Elna Picard; and her brothers-in-law, Dennis Johnson, Delano Lucas, Edward Bryans (Virginia), Lynn Bryans and Gene Bryans.
She is survived by: her children, Debi Tengesdal (Svein), Bjerkreim, Cindy Feldner (Dean), Kathy Harmon (Rod) and Randy Bryans (Donna); her grandchildren, Michael Gustafson, Donovan Knutson (Becky), Vance Knutson, Chris Tengesdal, Valerie Weigel (Chad), David Feldner (Jade), Tyler Harmon, Amber Harmon, Tara Bryans and Tracy Bryans; her great grandchildren, Lane Feldner, Lynndon Feldner, Lee Feldner, Bailey Weigel and Zoe Weigel; and her siblings, Charles Tollefsrud and Beverly Lucas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carpio Lutheran Church (200 2nd St W, Carpio, ND 58725). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
