She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Askvig and Ora Askvig (Anderson); her daughter Michelle Bland (Armstrong); her siblings, Michael Askvig and Cindy Askvig; and her son-in-law James Bland.
She is survived by: her children, James Armstrong (Erin) and Heather Feland (Greg); her brothers, Martin Askvig and Maury (Chasity); her grandchildren, Jessica Armstrong (Brian Huston), Tristan Armstrong, Alex Armstrong, Tyrell Jung, Hannah Feland and Archer Feland; her great grandchildren, Brecken Armstrong, Jameson Huston, Tobias Jung and Melody Jung; her nieces and nephews, Chutney Barnes, Caydra Askvig, Tristan Thompson (Jewel), Siri Van Horn (Ty), Reidun Askvig and Cimarron Askvig; and her great-nephew Wayne Van Horn.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Carpio Lutheran Church (200 2nd St W, Carpio, ND 58725). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
