It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phoenix Martinez (Cannon Ball, North Dakota), born in Bismarck, North Dakota, who passed away on March 7, 2020, at the age of 26, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy Redbow, Karen Wise Spirit, Margaret Correa and Lenhart Silk Sr.; and his great-grandparent Lillian Martinez.
He is survived by: his parents, Richard Martinez and Kim Martinez (Redbow); his daughter Karen Joy Martinez; his siblings, Stevie Redbow of Cannon Ball, ND, Brooke Martinez, Martin Martinez of Cannon Ball, ND, Robert Martinez of Cannon Ball, ND and Dylan Redbow of Cannon Ball, ND; and his aunt Deborah Plenty Chief (Dewey). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, special friends and relatives.
